- may test it free of charge for 30 days after you install it
- in Microsoft Word. You may also distribute it freely
- to others so they may try it. After 30 days, the program will
- stop working. In order to use it after this, you need to purchase
- a serial number for your copy from LiveWebs Limited, publisher
- of LookMeUp!. When you do this, you will receive a LookMeUp!
- serial number which you will use to re-activate this copy of
- LookMeUp!. This trial version of LookMeUp! is fully functional.

- INSTALLING LOOKMEUP! - INSTRUCTIONS:

- 1. IMPORTANT: If you are upgrading from an earlier
- version of LookMeUp!, you must first uninstall your
- previous version. In Word, load the 'LookMeUp Setup'
- addin from the 'Tools'->'Templates and Addins...' menu
- and follow the instructions - you will then need to
- re-install your download file, lookmeup.exe, to
- c:\program files\lookmeup\ as before

- 2. Open Word, if it isn't already open, select the
- 'Tools'-> 'Templates and Addins' menu
-
- 3. Click the 'Add' button, locate the file called
- 'LookMeUp SetUp.dot' (you may not see the
- '.dot' extension), and select it - this file will be
- in the location you just installed the download file,
- 'lookmeup.exe' to, by default this location is:
- 'C:\Program Files\LookMeUp\

- 4. Click 'OK' in the 'Templates and Addins' dialog,
- and LookMeUp! will install, giving you any further
- help you may need.

- NB: A small number of users have encountered
- a problem when loading 'LookMeUp Setup.dot'
- as described below. The problem which occurs
- is that the AddIn appears to be loaded after clicking
- 'OK' in the Addins dialog box, but nothing happens.

- If you encounter this problem:

- 1. Close Word and close Outlook if it is open; restart
- Word then proceed as you did before. This time you should
- expect to see a dialog box appear with a button on it
- to install LookMeUp!

- 2. If this does not work, a full re-boot of your PC may
- be necessary
-
- NB: The only known bug in LookMeUp! occurs when you
- try to use the Word Format Painter icon. If LookMeUp!'s
- DocScan is on, your mouse pointer will turn back from
- the paintbrush to your normal mouse icon and you will not
- be able to use the paintbrush.

- SOLUTION: Use the DocScan toolbar button to temporarily
- turn DocScan off.

- CAUSE: This occurs because of a limitation occuring
- in the Microsoft Word environment.
